Return process
1. Select the item you want to return in “My Orders” and click the “Return” button. Return any unused or unworn items you purchased, you can check the reason for your return in the pop-up box to help us do better.
2. Return
Please send your items to any nearest post office or your local post office staff in time and update your tracking number.
3. You will receive your payment after receiving your return package. We will process the refund within 48 hours after receiving your return package
4. If you have not received the refund for a long time, you can submit a question to us on the after-sales page of the return order, and our customer service staff will contact you within 24 hours.
Return conditions
The returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for any items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

It may take 7-30 days for your return package to arrive at our address.
Please keep your proof of postage and send your return with the tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
We will not refund your return without proof of receipt and delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
