Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we will do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order on the My Orders page. After payment is successful, you will receive an “Order Successfully” page prompt, and you can also view your order details on the My Orders page.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes, we do. If a full-priced item is reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, you can contact customer support on the Tailstoy platform for a price adjustment. Please note that further discounted items will not be affected by price adjustments.
